These single-origin bars are made with premium cacao from the Ucayali River region of Peru and a zero-calorie sugar substitute, Monk Fruit.  The beans are grown by a number of small, local farmers and gathered together to be fermented and dried by Ucayali River Cacao. The earthy tones of the beans are truly distinct and the Monk Fruit we use as a sweetener highlights their profile perfectly! These bars are definitely on the more bitter side, but the bars are sugar-free and suitable for people with special dietary restrictions or who are on the Keto diet. Enjoy
